In October 2006, Jai travelled to London to meet the Indian Prime Minister, Mr Manmohan Singh. The meeting took place at the home of the High Commissioner, His Excellency Kamlesh Sharma.
We talked about medicine and poetry, and he proved to be a charming, interesting man.
